Narborough is a parish of 450 dwellings, mostly bungalows. It lies between King’s Lynn and Swaffham just off the A47, and so is well positioned for road and rail connections into London. The historic city of Norwich is just 30 miles away and the picturesque Broads area is only a couple of hours drive.  There plans for the future development of 73 dwellings to the South of Westfields estate

Narborough boasts the beautiful Parish Church of All Saints, which has a lovely pond behind it, providing a quiet, reflective area. The Ship Inn guards one end of the village while the impressive Community Centre guards the other. The Community Centre is host to many activities including martial arts, youth club, bingo, billiards and line dancing. We are only a short distance from RAF Marham with its Tornados but, surprisingly, we hear very little noise from the aircraft. The village has a very good relationship with RAF Marham and we support each other.

We have a Post Office in the village and a very nice Cantonese Restaurant in the Ship Inn. The village also is lucky enough to have the Trout Lakes and Nature Walk along the old railway line to the east of the village, both of which are very popular with the local fishermen, villagers and visitors. The surrounding countryside comprises woodland, arable farmland and grazing/meadow land.
